The abyssal whip is a power level 4 one-handed masterwork melee weapon that can be created at a blacksmith's bench. The recipe can be acquired from the Клеттербуджа-Кара vault by interacting with a dragonkin statue clutching a blue orb, and hidden within a concealed alcove on the upper floor, near the ledge-jumping path, provided players have the abyssal spine that is dropped by an abyssal demon in the player's inventory. It can be ascended at a mystic forge with ascension cores.

Its special attack is abyssal snare, which costs 20 stamina and takes 0.8s to cast and a 1.15s delay afterwards which sends out a slow-moving purple projectile that homes in on nearby enemies and explodes in a small radius after colliding with an enemy, wall, or after about 2 seconds, and knocks down most foes for roughly 3 seconds. Performing any action before it has impacted a target will cause it to disappear. It cannot travel up or down ledges, but the explosion can still affect foes close to the ledge where it collided. The special attack is unaffected by both Зачаровать оружие: огонь and Зачаровать оружие: воздух.

This weapon's special effect is that regular attacks also build up bleed, and after five rapid hits, will proc 28 damage at power level 4 and 40 damage at power level 7, despite only listing 25 for each. As this weapon deals slash damage, compared to swords, it attacks are slightly slower but slightly harder, however its forward lunge distance is much shorter, and since enemies are knocked back significantly by most attacks, they will be often be knocked out of this weapon's combos. It also does not have increased block without a shield compared to other similar weapons.

Abyssal demons are foul beasts. A single specimen can massacre a village before the warning bell can even sound. Crafting a weapon from their remains symbolises triumph against adversity or, perhaps, just hubris in its purest form.

Infused with the hate of the demon, each whip crack generates unbearable pain. Victims find themselves overcome with suffering as the agony seeps into the wounds the whips leave behind.

It is said that the whip even feeds on that misery, growing stronger with each strike, each life taken. The hate imbues the weapon with a desire to inflict more pain, and it grows stronger each time such a wish is granted. Or, so the legends say.

Only one wild knight has ever chosen to wield the whip in vengeance against a demon for a fallen sibling. Her name is dust in the wind of history, but there are still creatures that hide in the shadows, afraid of the crack of her whip.
